Quanto il giudice non sa guardare al di là del proprio naso, non capisce che per l’ufficiale giudiziario vale la sua dichiarazione (di notificazione dell’atto integrale), mentre per la PEC e’ immediatamente verificabile (anche che, ad esempio, chi ha fatto la notifica ha dichiarato il falso, pur in buona fede).
